The nose is moderately aromatic, with notes of slightly oxidized ripe pear and a subtle vegetal undertone.
In the mouth the attack is led by the aromatic power of lime and the sweetness of pear.
The basil aroma is rather discreet, but brings a unique dimension and creates a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. The lime peel adds chewiness and a pleasant texture.
The jam is long in the mouth. The finish has citrus peel bitters and the liveliness of the lime that makes you want to spread more
