Aroma of candied blueberries on the nose.
On the palate the small wild blueberries still almost intact, explode with flavor and give texture to the spread.
The pomegranate works in the shadows aromatically, but acts as an aroma precursor to the blueberry and adds length to the mouth. It also gives the blueberry a more clean, fresh taste.
Suggested pairing: freshly baked bagel and cream cheese (not essential but highly recommended)

How should you store your spreads, and how long do they last?
Before opening, store the jars in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, they should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 to 4 weeks to preserve their full flavor.
